Sorting Staff and Materials Handler
Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Sorting Staff and Materials Handler to work for our client based at their site in Warboys.
Duties will include:
* Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals.
* Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.
* Inspect materials for any contaminations.
* Clean and maintain equipment.
* Meet the requirements of audits and cleaning specifications.
* Ensure the correct protective equipment is correctly worn at all times.
* Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety.
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Being physically fit for this role is essential.
* Able to use own initiative.
* Must be able to work with noise and dust.
* Organised and able to manage their own time effectively.
* Follow health and safety rules.
* Works harmoniously with others to get the job done.
Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.
Shift: Monday to Friday: 07.00 – 17.30 plus overtime is available at an increased rate of pay.
Pay rate: £10.50 to £13.00 per hour depending on flexibility & skill set.
