Solutions Architect - Infrastructure
Location: Dunstable (Hybrid working)
Rate: £625 (Inside IR35)
Length: 6 months
Role Profile
We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join a leading organisation and play a key role in shaping and assuring enterprise infrastructure solutions across a broad technology estate.
You'll work across Cloud, Hosting, Compute, Storage, Networking, EUC, Identity, Security and Operational Services, translating business and technical requirements into robust, scalable and supportable architectures.
Key experience:
Strong Infrastructure / Solutions Architecture background
Azure / AWS and hybrid cloud environments
Compute, storage, virtualisation, hosting and datacentre technologies
Enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi and cloud connectivity
Infrastructure security, IAM and Zero Trust principles
Producing and presenting HLDs, LLDs, OSDs and architecture decisions
Cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation or transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence engineering, delivery and senior leadershipDesirable: TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS certification, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps/automation or FinOps experience.
