Solution Architect
North West - Hybrid working
Circa £105k (Including Travel Allowance)
We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to help shape the future of our core platform systems. You’ll drive architectural strategy, modernise legacy systems, and support teams in delivering scalable, cloud‑ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into clear architectural plans.
Lead the modernisation of legacy systems into cloud‑based, microservice‑driven solutions.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance scalability and performance.
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards.
Skills & Experience
Strong background in Microsoft technologies (.NetCore, C#, SQL Server).
Expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP a bonus).
Experience delivering architectural roadmaps and vision documents.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
Solid understanding of modern programming paradigms and cloud‑native design.
Strong interest in AI, and driving AI into architecture.
