Description:
Our client, a prominent organisation in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Solution Designer - SAP for a 12 month fixed term contract position. This role is primarily focused on technical consulting and providing hands-on support for the CRM system of SAP and Data Analysis ensuring smooth operations and continuous innovation of the system and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage requests related to the Customer Service system
Identify and implement system and application improvements to meet business requirements
Maintain the SAP CRM CIC system
Source and acquire data from various relevant systems
Analyse datasets to derive insights and share findings with stakeholders
Skills / Experience required:
Experience with SAP Marketing Cloud and SAP HANA
Technical consulting expertise with SAP systems
Proficiency in reading and debugging ABAP code
Experience with databases such as Oracle and MS-SQL
Strong understanding of general IT industry aspects including networks
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Ability to analyse business requirements from key stakeholders
Experience in Delivery Excellence, Managed Services, and Development projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
Experience in data insight tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia
