Description:
Role: Solution Architect
Pay: £500 per day (Maximum)
Contract length: 6 months with a view to extend thereafter
IR35 status: Inside
Location: West Drayton (2-3 days per week)
We are working with our global consultancy client to find x2 Solution Architects who see how decisions impact the whole of the systems architecture. These candidates will be ready to play a key role in an IT landscape transformation program for a leading UK airlines group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing technical leadership to a team of technical leads throughout the project lifecycle
* Providing recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions. Developing proof-of-concept projects to validate your proposed solutions
* Reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members
* Managing the technical artefacts, developing knowledge base, identifying process improvements and propose, help develop solutions
* Communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders
Required Skillset:
* Technical expertise in the following– C, C++, Java, J2EE, Springboot, AWS, Terraform, DevOps, Python
* Leadership skills
* Business acumen - Airline domain knowledge preferably
* Stakeholder management
* Analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
