£50,000 - £60,000
Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office, rest of week remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning (WTEP) team based in Woking. This permanent role arises due to a team member’s maternity leave and aligns with our team’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a wide range of Private Client matters, with experience in complex cases being highly desirable.
• Manage an existing caseload of work, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their development.
• Collaborate with team members in the Woking office and other offices in Winchester, Chandlers Ford, and Bournemouth.
• Engage in regular department meetings to discuss strategy, goals, and celebrate achievements.
• Participate in team-building activities following department meetings.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven track record in handling Private Client matters.
• Experience with complex Private Client cases is advantageous.
• Strong ability to support and mentor junior colleagues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
