Hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

We have an amazing opportunity in Maidstone for a Solicitor - Corporate and Commercial to work for one of our clients who are an award winning law firm in Kent, providing valuable legal support to individuals, families and businesses across Kent. This role is working full time but offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities
* Providing high-end commercial transaction and contract advice
* Managing own caseload
* Assisting clients with share and restructuring deals and general SME commercial contracts
* Building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
* Other duties as deemed reasonable
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor above 3 years PQE
* Experience with corporate or commercial cases
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
