Software Test Engineer - Kerry, €55,000 - €65,000, Hybrid

Currently working with a start-up software development company based in Kerry, Ireland who are looking to bring on a Software Test Engineer who can get heavily involved in both manual and automation testing on multiple projects whilst making a big step in your career.

Role & Responsibilities:

Conducting both automation and manual testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of our software applications.
Employing a range of testing tools and technologies to execute functional and non-functional testing.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Identifying and documenting software defects using Jira, providing detailed information to facilitate swift resolution.
Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Skills & Experience:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Software Testing (covering entire SDLC).
Proven experience in both automation and manual testing in a software development environment.
Familiarity with a variety of testing tools and technologies.
Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
Proficiency in tracking defects using Jira or similar issue tracking systems.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Salary & Remuneration Package:

€55,000 - €65,000 per annum.
