Experience needed;

Proven experience leading teams, and team management.
Working with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality software, implementing both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Some experience developing with C, C++ or Ada, with a solid background in software engineering including use of scripting languages.
A passion for software engineering, with the ability to innovate and think critically to solve complex software problems with a willingness to develop software skillsets either through on the job, or formal training.
Comfortable working with a team in a collaborative environment, communicating and contributing to design and implementation decisions, and supporting integration across multiple projects and sites.
Present new ideas and be able to influence stakeholders, including Project Leaders and Department Leads.
Our products incorporate software, hardware and operating system configuration, including security solutions so you should be comfortable working across all of these areas.
Strong technical documentation writing and reviewing skills, as you will be required to produce technical documentation to support our processes.

Desired;

Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject, such as; Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering etc.
