* Previous software development experience in a desktop and web environment working with things line winforms and webforms, ASP.Net or similar

* You’ll talk to stakeholders and see things from the business and user perspective

* Coding is a big part of what you do but you’ll also be keen on getting things done, delivering new features, project management and dealing with non-technical issues

This role isn’t for you if you want to focus on being technically excellent or sit in a room and code all day or wearing a few different hats but with those different hats comes exposure to a variety of benefits like:

* Increased responsibility for your own projects

* Autonomy to seek out your improvements in the codebase

* Ownership of your development process from start to finish

* Responsibility for influencing the technical roadmap, what new technologies are adopted and why
