Description:
We are working with a consultancy based in Hereford who are seeking a mid level .Net Developer to join their business. Opportunity to work on greenfield projects for their vaired customer base with a real opportunity to progress into a Technical Lead role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software applications using C# .NET and T-SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends.
Create and maintain technical documentation. Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on C# .NET and T-SQL.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with SQL Server and writing complex queries and stored procedures.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. What will you get?
