With multiple stakeholders, you will report to the FD and therefore act as the head of expertise in this area. You will take responsibility for all data development and reporting, providing high standards of systems data across the business

Duties include:

To be responsible for the Group’s ERP system, providing internal software support, including back-end settings, supporting upgrades and enhancement requests

To become a super user and trainer of new employees for the ERP system

To be responsible for ERP software analysis and implementation, supported by the IT Manager

To be responsible for the building and maintenance of SAP’s Information Design Tool universes across ERP and accounting databases

To use SAP’s Business Objects software to create and maintain scheduled reports; customer KPI and utilisation reports, financial management accounts, operational and departmental KPI’s

To build and maintain SAP’s Analytics Cloud dashboards for the operational KPI’s across all branches

To be responsible for SQL querying and reporting from the ERP and accounting software

 Required Experience for this role:

Experience of SAP’s Business Objects and Analytics Cloud or relevant experience with other Business Intelligence Tools

SQL querying and coding experience and reporting from ERP or accounting software

Need to have built systems and able to read databases

Advanced excel skills

Interpersonal Skills 

Able to disseminate information fluidly and present to non-finance stakeholders in digestible form, effectively and efficiently

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Work as part of a team and independently

Prioritise and multi-task
