Soft Services Area Manager
Edinburgh (Multi-Site)
£38,000 - £40,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance
Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 2:00am (flexibility required)

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Area Manager to oversee multiple client sites across Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader with a background in Cleaning, Soft Services or Facilities Management who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of soft services across a portfolio of sites.
Lead, support and develop on-site management teams.
Ensure service standards, compliance and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Manage staffing levels, budgets, stock control and operational performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular site visits, audits and performance reviews.About You
Proven experience in a multi-site Soft Services, Cleaning or Facilities Management role.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Experience managing operational budgets and service delivery.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Please note: The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 5:00pm - 2:00am. Due to the nature of the operation, flexibility is required and occasional weekend support may be needed.
