The Role

As a Sociology Graduate, you may work as a:

Learning Mentor
Teaching Assistant
Behaviour Support Assistant
Pastoral Support Assistant
SEND Teaching Assistant
Inclusion Support Assistant
Student Wellbeing Mentor
You'll gain invaluable experience by:

Supporting students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Building positive relationships that promote confidence and engagement.
Supporting pupils with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH needs.
Helping students overcome barriers to learning.

A degree in Sociology or a related subject.
A genuine passion for supporting young people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
