We’re hiring for an Older Persons Mental Health Social Worker to join a dedicated and friendly team. This role offers an excellent pay rate, a balanced caseload, and hybrid flexibility – including up to 2 days a week working from home.
What You’ll Be Doing: Conducting assessments and providing tailored support to older adults with mental health needs
Working collaboratively with families and multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
