Social Worker – MASH

Sirona Medical are recruiting a Social Worker to join the MASH Team in a Local Authority in East Anglia.

Job Role: MASH role, triaging the contacts within MASH, speaking to families and analysing the information within the MASH timescales. Working along side partners in MASH to assist with the decision making.

The Peterborough MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) is a collaborative partnership between statutory partners and co-located agencies which supports highly effective joint working and decision making for our children and families in Peterborough.

Our MASH currently operates from Sand Martin House, which facilitates a positive working environment and many opportunities in a collaborative space.  Constructing solid foundations on which good practice can flourish.

This includes:

Setting out a refreshed practice model with innovative ways of working with children and families,
A restorative culture that enables professional learning and development
Developing our workforce with a new dynamic leadership team in place and an evolving workforce strategy.
The council believe that the best practice is ‘family shared practice’, where many decisions about a child or young person are taken with them, their families and carers.
 
Sirona Medical will be providing the Social Worker on an agency contract. 

This is a full time agency position 37 hours per week. Hybrid working, minimum three days per week in the office/two days working from home 

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work, experience in working in frontline childrens team, multiagency working, Social Work England Registation.
