Caritas work with Cafcass to support with their recruitment. We currently have locum FCA roles available with Cafcass Chelmsford.

You need to be a Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years' experience
You need to be an expert in safeguarding
You need to have Section 7 (Private Law knowledge; experience is desirable but not essential)Cafcass' work is demanding so for you to succeed and truly make a difference you should be someone who;
Is resilient and organised and can work proportionately
Has strong intuitive IT skills
