Somerset Council are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Children with Disabilities Team as a locum.
This opportunity is ideal for a Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join children a with Disabilities team. Children with Disabilities experience is not essential and the team would consider previous experience in, CP, CIN, LAC, or safeguarding.
The Role:
* CWD Social Work Teams based in the East and West
* To undertake assessments of need, CIN, CP, PLO/Court Work, CLA. DoL and mental capacity.
* Hybrid working
* Regular supervision
* Access to in-house CPD
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification
* Experience as a children social worker with CP, CIN, LAC, or safeguarding
* Social Work England Registration
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
