Job Title: Interim Social Worker - Child in Need Team
Location: Winsford, Cheshire West
Salary: £40 per hour
Are you an experienced social worker with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are currently seeking an interim social worker to join our dedicated Child in Need Team in Winsford. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work while benefiting from manageable caseloads and a supportive team environment.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
* Extensive experience in duty/assessment, child protection, and Court skills
* Proven performance in quality case work aligned with Cheshire Wests expectations
* Ability to work openly and honestly with children, families, and partner agencies
* Residency within a reasonable distance from Winsford
