mbi Medical are pleased to be working with the Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council in sourcing a Social Worker to join their Children's team.
The Role
Dudley Council’s Families Come First Team launched on the 24th of January 2022 and this is a fantastic opportunity for a social worker to join our new team, to be part of its development from the initial stages whilst providing opportunity to shape best practice within Dudley’s Child in Need families.
Our innovative & multi-disciplinary team provides support to children up to age of 17 and their families.
Working in Families Come First as a Social Worker provides direct access to Intensive Family Support Workers, Youth Mentors, Emotional Health & Well-Being Practitioners, Substance Misuse Workers and Money Mentors who are all part of The Families Come First team.
All of our practitioners will provide support and assistance to you without the need to refer and will work with families collaboratively within an 18 -week timeframe to improve outcomes based around an evidenced based model of intervention using the Dudley Webstar.
