Role: Social Worker
Location: Surrey

Key Responsibilities:
- Hold and manage a caseload of child protection and complex CIN cases
- Prepare for and attend court, providing expert testimony and thorough documentation
- Lead practitioner in child protection cases, ensuring the safety and well-being of children
- Work collaboratively with adult practitioners and other professionals as part of our multidisciplinary teams
- Address extra-familiar risks and harms, ensuring a comprehensive approach to child protection
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage with children and families effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent
- Registration with Social Work England
- An enhanced DBS check is required
- Proven experience in child protection, court work, and working within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to work with a positive outlook, demonstrate kindness, and thrive as part of a friendly and supportive team
