Are you an over-worked social Worker? Fancy a day-off once every 2 weeks?

NonStop Care is currently looking for an experienced senor social worker to join a unique CAST team (Children assessment and safeguarding team) in a Good Ofsted local authority in the South East which offers a 9 day working fortnight and up to £42/hour!

Due to having such high staff retention, you will have the comfort of joining a team with experienced staff/ management helping you along the way .

They have achieved a Good Ofsted report which shows their good practice meaning you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a positive change within your community

The CAST team works with families when there is a need for a Child and Family Assessment and work to effect change and enable the families to build their resilience and wherever possible, remain together.

Requirements

The role requires a recognised social work qualification and relevant post-qualification experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 2 years minimum post qualified experience as a social worker, ideally within R&A AND/OR Child protection Experience.
