Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Adults Team based in Bridgend.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults in the community, in accordance with the principles of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act.

Carry out comprehensive assessments to determine individuals' needs, ensuring all assessments are in line with the principles of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Assist individuals in accessing a range of community resources to support their wellbeing and independence.
Conduct capacity assessments and address best interests, ensuring that all decisions made are in the best interest of the individual.
Advocate for the rights and services of individuals, ensuring ethical and legal compliance at all times.
Provide support to carers, offering guidance and resources to help them in their role.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to discussions and decision-making processes.What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Care Wales registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
