Up to £42 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to evaluate their needs and identify areas of concern.
Working collaboratively with other professionals, including health care providers, teachers/lecturers & law enforcement, to gather information and develop intervention plans.
Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, including counselling, advocacy, and assistance with accessing community resources.
Monitoring the progress of children and families and making recommendations for adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working with children and families in a social work setting, for a minimum of three years.
A degree in social work.
Registration with Social Work England as a Qualified Social Worker.
Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and develop effective intervention plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.*Candidates who do not meet the essential requirements will not be progressed.
