Social Worker - Adult Neighbourhood team - Hybrid Working -£38 p/hr

NonStop care is currently working a well-established local authority in Oxfordshire who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Neighbourhood team.

Due to high staff retention and the offer of an ongoing contract you will be joining a stable work force with experienced staff helping you along the way.

In this Hybrid role you will only need to travel for the cases and any reviews or meetings, allowing for you to effectively manage your work load and improve your work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

*Work within the requirements of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983 and any other relevant legislation, guidance and codes of practice, providing personalised information and advice to individuals, families and their carers.

*Use strength-based approaches, ensuring that in responding to eligible needs all options including the use of informal support networks, community resources, and the assessment of equipment and adaptations are explored in order to achieve identified outcomes.

*To undertake timely and proportionate assessments, reviews and professional interventions and other duties relating to individuals, families and carers.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years experience in an adults
