You will be undertaking strength based assessments, care planning, reviews and safeguarding enquiries within the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act and other legislation, local policies and procedures, to ensure people are safeguarded and their care needs are met. The role includes being on duty regularly across Liverpool – all mileage/expenses are covered.
