Role: Social Worker (Permanent)
Location: South Wales
Team: Children and Young People Services (Intake Team)
Employment Status: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and investigations into child protection concerns.
Collaborating with families, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Providing support and guidance to children and families in crisis.
Liaising with external agencies and participating in multi-disciplinary meetings.Requirements:

Degree in Social Work and Social Work Wales registration.
Experience working within children and families services, preferably within an intake or child protection setting.
Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex cases sensitively.Benefits:
