Are you an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Work Team Manager seeking a fulfilling opportunity in children's services? Look no further than the London borough of Southwark! We are currently seeking a dedicated Access to Resources Team Manager to oversee an Access to Resources Care Team, offering a competitive rate of up to £44.50 per hour.

About the Role:

As an Access to Resources Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our children and young people receive the best possible placements tailored to their assessed needs. You will work closely with the Placement Quality Assurance Team, responding promptly to referrals from Social Work Teams to secure appropriate placements and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Access to Resources Care Team efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with the Placement Quality Assurance Team as needed.

Ensure that placements are proportional to assessed needs and promote the children's full potential.

Operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in social work and team management.

Highly motivated with a determination to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Social Work England Registered
