Essential : 1 year Paid Social Media Marketing experience required

* Do you have a track record of creating and optimising successful performance marketing campaigns for clients?

Your main focus will be effectively managing client campaigns with a focus on lead generation and maximising ROAS. Your day-to-day duties will include planning, executing, and optimising our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating and managing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Role

* Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve client targets.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies.

* Create and manage Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager campaigns from conception to execution.

* Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on key metrics, including CTR, CPA and ROI.

* Utilise data analysis tools to track, measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

* Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of resources.

* Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages.

We are looking for:

* Proven experience in planning, implementing and optimising marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ad Manager.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

* Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ad Manager and other relevant advertising platforms.

* A track record of delivering measurable results and achieving target KPIs.
