I am looking for a highly creative experienced Social Media Manager to be the bold social voice behind a highly respected Consumer Goods/ Lifestyle brand. An exciting time to be joining a wonderful team!
This is a perfect next step for a Social Media /Content Executive or for a Social Media Manager to continue to develop within a role offering autonomy and further scope to build the team.
Reporting into Head of Marketing you will be defining, planning, and implementing the social media strategy for this amazing brand across all platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Being the voice of the brand, driving brand awareness, growing social communities and supporting product launches and sales targets through your targeted engaging social media activity.
Role responsibilities
* Working with wider team to develop and implement the social media strategy across all platforms to aligning to overall marketing plan.
* Oversee all social media accounts management, including planning and implementation of the social media calendar.
* Create relevant, best-in-class content with external partners and develop in-house content to continuously build brand presence and launch new products
* Formulating high-quality engaging visuals for each social media campaign.
* Own scheduling of content inline with social calendar across platforms.
* Collate photographic and video content required for implementation of calendar across all platforms from a variety of sources.
* Copywrite all captions and copy as required.
* Participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement.
* Ensure social interactions (DMs & comments posted on all social media channels) are answered in a timely manner.
* Own and manage our brand collaboration partnerships and support team in execution of influencer and affiliate activities.
* Monitor and report on effectiveness of activity and campaigns (Using social media monitoring tools to report monthly).
* Monitor and report on performance metrics including user engagement and suggest content optimisation actions.
* Prepare and share following month's social calendar with wider marketing and sales team to ensure alignment.
You will bring with you
* 2 + years experience in social media marketing or similar role
* Excellent working knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
* Adobe photoshop suite beneficial
* Highly creative, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Team player
