Social Media Manager - Part-Time
Help our recruiters get seen, build relationships and win business.
At WR, our recruiters have specialist knowledge, strong networks and plenty to say. We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Social Media Manager to help turn that expertise into content that gets noticed.
Your primary goal will be to increase the visibility, credibility and engagement of individual WR recruiters, helping them connect with more relevant clients and candidates.
Hours: 10 hours per week
Location: Office based at WR
Salary: £30,000-£40,000 / annum FTE
The role
Working closely with our recruiters, you'll build a focused social media plan, primarily around LinkedIn, that brings their personalities and market knowledge to life.
You'll:
Turn recruiters' ideas, conversations and industry insights into engaging posts.
Create and schedule content, including written posts, graphics and short videos.
Help recruiters improve their profiles and develop a recognisable voice within their markets.
Share success stories, useful advice, market updates and opportunities.
Coach the team on practical ways to build their networks and engage with their audiences.
Coordinate recruiter content with WR's company pages and branding.
Track relevant reach, engagement, profile views and enquiries, using the results to improve your approach.
With 10 hours per week, you'll need to prioritise well and create simple, repeatable ways to support the team.About you
You understand how to build professional visibility through social media and can show examples of content that has generated meaningful engagement.
You'll bring:
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to capture different people's voices.
Experience using LinkedIn for professional audiences.
Confidence creating graphics and straightforward video content using tools such as Canva.
An organised, proactive approach and the confidence to draw ideas out of busy people.
An understanding of how social activity can lead to conversations, relationships and commercial opportunities.Experience in recruitment, professional services or B2B marketing would be useful.
