Social Media Executive
Location: Poole
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded individual to take ownership of social media activity across multiple platforms and audiences. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media campaigns and helping to strengthen the company’s online presence. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is organised, creative and confident managing multiple social media channels.
Duties-
Develop and deliver social media strategies across multiple markets and platforms
Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns and day-to-day social media activity
Create engaging copy, video and creative content for a range of audiences
Maintain a consistent tone of voice, visual identity and brand presence across all channels
Adapt content for different audiences and markets where required
Keep up to date with social media trends, platforms and emerging content formats
Create and maintain social media resources, templates and campaign materials
Work closely with internal teams, creative partners and external agencies
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on social media best practice
Manage scheduling, publishing, approvals and performance reporting
Develop efficient processes to improve the quality and consistency of social media activity
Support wider marketing campaigns through social media, automation and targeted activity
Requirements-
3+ years’ experience in social media, ideally within a multi-market or commercial environment
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, video and storytelling
Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
Experience developing social media strategies, guidelines or processes
Comfortable using social media management, scheduling and reporting tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
