Our Client is one of the most iconic and well-known leading Motorcycle manufacturers in the World. Creating modern classics and with a healthy order book, it is our privilege to now be supporting them with the recruitment of an experienced Social Media Content Lead Consultant on what is likely to be an on-going contract basis. This position would see you working remotely from home with once weekly travel required to London to meet with Brand Ambassadors and Influencers (all expenses for such will be paid).

As the Social Media Content Lead, you will be a part of the EMEA Marketing team with a specific focus on social media management for the brand, supporting the team to build effective and efficient customer nurturing streams. You’ll bring in experience of handling multiple campaigns and reporting and analysis across parallel priority projects. You will play an essential role in representing the Motorcycle brand voice across social and digital ecosystems.

On offer to the successful candidate will be a negotiable, albeit based on relevant experience, hourly rate based on a 37.5 hour working week.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:
Create and manage the industry leading practices for RE social media content. Support the existing standards set in place.
Digital Social Campaign and Content Strategy to drive growth in conjunction with the product focus through the year in the region. Communications planning for all social campaigns for posts as well as other initiatives. You will be key to introducing the central strategy to the EMEA region for all collaborations and new product launches and ongoing campaigns.
You will ensure that all social messaging carries comprehensible communication which is always on brand and based on brand guidelines.
You will manage and Support all Social campaigns and initiatives for EMEA Business Verticals - Motorcycle, Service, Apparel, GMA, Brand Marketing in conjunction and collaboration with the Central Social Media Team. You will adapt as necessary and appropriate, centrally derived content for the region.
You will strategize with other functions to hack entry into new social media platforms (Tik-Tok) and growth in existing platforms (Instagram & Facebook) relevant for different countries/regions in the EMEA region.
You’ll be involved in creating and conceptualizing content for brand, influencer and regional partnerships and will work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to execute finalized strategies for all Social campaigns and Initiatives.
Work in collaboration with marketing operations, digital team and other functions to plan and execute product launches across social platforms.
You will create content calendars with the Agency of Record (AoR) for central brand, regions and the dealer network.
Liaison with marketing and digital managers to plan for the long terms social content and dissemination strategy.
You will be involved in measuring and reporting for all social activities and campaigns.
You will work closely with the region's Ambassadors and Influencers and in conjunction with central PR and the local Marketing Managers, develop effective strategies to ensure the return on investment.You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Should ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communication and/or Marketing or similar, although plenty of relevant experience will be considered.
Should have multiple years’ experience working in a similar Social Media Content Marketing role with a Social Agency and preferably also a Brand Agency.
It is essential that you understand the Motorcycle fraternity and have content capture experience and a creative flair. A real passion for Motorcycles is needed here; better still you will also be a keen Motorcyclist yourself!
You should have a strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, social listening and reporting.
You should have a good understanding and grasp of Brand Management with knowledge and experience of working across European Markets and Countries.
You will be good at generating analytics.
You will be flexible to attend Shows & Events occasionally in Europe which will involve some weekend working.It’s great if you also have the following:
Previous Motorcycle industry experience.This position is available with immediate effect.
