This position would suit a proactive and highly organized Real Estate professional looking to join a highly collaborative real estate team as an Assistant Project Manager (APM).
Client Details
I have been instructed by a Private Equity backed Developer and Landlord specialising in a growing sector with a strong social purpose. Possessing nearly 10 years' experience in children's services, transitional care, specialist schools and family assessment centres my client is expanding rapidly, and this is a great opportunity to join a growing PE backed company and to gain extensive deal experience. Headquartered in Hampshire, the business has successfully completed a dozen projects across the UK since its launch and has a strong future project pipeline in place.
As an APM, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of projects within the team. Your excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Description
Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure their availability and optimal utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Communication and Reporting: Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, both internal and external.
Documentation and Documentation Management.
Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the project management function.
Risk and Issue Management: Assist in identifying, assessing, and tracking project risks and issues. Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
To support the project team by assisting with individual projects to successfully deliver the overall Development Strategy.
Carrying out project planning, coordinating and administration.
Work effectively with external resource, such as Architects, Main Contractors and Consultants, and internally with the Project Director and Project Assistants.Profile
The successful candidate should have a passion for the living sector and a proven track record of working within a projects team to deliver excellent property developments in an assistant project management capacity. A PM professional who has been involved in multi-site development roll out plans and an ability to set process and standards in conjunction with team goals.
