Duration: TEMP TO PERM (6months as temp then will go to perm)
Careermakers Recruitment are seeking an experienced customer care technician.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1–2 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A driving licences and is comfortable driving around
Key responsibilities
* Attend to and complete customer repair requests to a high standard.
* Manage workloads and update internal systems accordingly.
* Coordinate appointments with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Work closely with the Customer Care and Construction teams.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer service and quality.
* Support NHBC and Trustpilot targets, maintaining a 5-star customer experience.
* Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within agreed timescales.
