POST Recruitment are recruiting for a Social and Content Marketing Executive to join our client, a leading business offering niche design and building services.

Due to considerable growth, they are now seeking a Marketing Executive with exceptional creative skills to join the team based in their Doncaster office.

In collaboration with the Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider team, the Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in devising and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

The Role:

This is an exciting new opportunity for a creative content marketer looking for a fresh challenge creating next level brand communications. You will have experience across the full marketing mix, especially social media and in creating and managing marketing campaign content. You will be confident with digital marketing, social media and website content, but above all be creative and innovative in your communications. You will have a very "hands-on" work ethos and work effectively with a variety of internal teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the content planning, implementation, and launch of relevant and exciting communications

* Direct ownership of all social media channels (posting / analysing / reporting)

* Email marketing; company newsletter / Ad hoc emails / Customer segmentation

* Copywriting / Blog writing / Website updates

* Develop a direct relationship with our customers where required (for campaign / case study purposes)

* Maintain and develop the image and video library

* Plan and attend monthly photo / video shoots / facilitate edits

* Maintain an up to date understanding of the company’s position in the market and how this compares in relation to competitors, products, and pricing

* Work with appointed agencies (PPC, SEO, PR, Photo and Video)

* Work with the Marketing Manager to execute brand and communication strategy

Your Experience:

* Have at least 3+ years’ experience in a recognised social and content role

* Highly creative, motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic

* Demonstrated history of managing and creating content for social media, email, blog and web

* Experience and knowledge of organic and paid social media, and SEO preferred but not mandatory

* Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and service providers.

* Strong planning and organisational skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Numerate, articulate with a good attention to detail

* The ability to influence a senior audience, persuasive and confident with good presentation skills

* Ability to analyse and interpret data and results

* Ideally experience in Hubspot, Wordpress, MailChimp, design apps such as Canva, Adobe and other additional social and creative platforms
