Snagger - Caravan Manufacturing

???? Pay Rate: £14.44 per hour
???? Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm
We are currently recruiting an experienced Snagger to join a leading caravan manufacturer based in HU7. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in identifying defects, ensuring high‑quality finishes, and supporting a smooth production process within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect completed caravan units to identify snagging issues and defects
Carry out minor remedial works to ensure units meet quality standards
Check finishes across interiors and exteriors, including fixtures, fittings, and joins
Report faults clearly and accurately to relevant departments
Work from quality checklists, drawings, and specifications
Ensure all work meets company quality, safety, and presentation standards
Support production targets while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Collaborate with trades and production teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Snagger or in a similar quality inspection role (essential)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects quickly
Good general trade knowledge (carpentry, fitting, finishing advantageous)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of health & safety within a manufacturing or construction environment
