JOB DESCRIPTION:
SMSTS Site Manager required for a large nationwide construction company that specialises in retro fit projects. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking site manager to join a project based in Worcester.
This site manager contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and the potential option to work overtime at the weekends.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Looking after EWI, Windows & Doors, Solar PV, Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, Air Source Heat Pump on social housing properties as part of social housing decarbonisation fund.
Requirements for the role
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience working on refurbishment contracts
The ability to perform physical manual labour
Own PPE - High vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, dust mask and hard hat can be provided by Daniel Owen
