SMSTS Site Manager – Refurbishment Project (School Fit-Out) – Hillingdon
We are currently looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager to oversee a school fit-out refurbishment project in Hillingdon.
Start Date: 20/07/2026
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the site
* Completing the site diary and maintaining accurate records
* Supervising and coordinating trades on site
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained
* Overseeing the refurbishment works to programme and quality standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience managing refurbishment projects (essential)
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid First Aid at Work
* Valid CSCS Card (Black CSCS Card beneficial)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to provide recent references
* Up-to-date CV required
