Description:

Location - 3 days a week at our HQ in East London (Aldgate East), the other 2 wfh/office
* This role would suit a strong people manager - this is not a step up role.
* You must have a background in managing a team of Account Managers and/or Lettings Negotiators or Similar
* Sadly, this role will not suit a solely retail or hospitality background, due to the nature of our product
Our mission:

* We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution ????
* Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! ????
The Opportunity:
* You’ll be responsible for contributing to the success of our Mid Market budget line within the business, regularly monitoring and reporting on team performance in relation to budget requirements.
* You will manage, monitor and coach the performance and development of our Mid Market Account Management team and Junior Account Executives alongside running the day to day operations of our Mid Market Team
* You’ll develop and execute on strategic plans for the Mid Market customer base, ensuring scalability, retention, revenue growth and lifecycle planning to ensure the success of the team and our customers
* You will build comprehensive, data driven plans to implement into the Mid Market team for achieving quarterly and annual targets
What we need from you:
* Exceptional leadership skills to be able to motivate and guide a team, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a strategic mindset in identifying areas and opportunities for the Mid Market Team's success (and solid experience doing this!)
* Solid experience in an Account Management (or similar commerical) OR Lettings role previously
* The ability to take initiative to be able to identify areas and opportunities for driving growth in the business
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to influence stakeholders
* Analytical skills for data-driven reporting and decision-making
