We are currently seeking a skilled SMART Repair Paint Technician to join a reputable dealership in Cranleigh, Surrey. As a SMART Repair Paint Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs within a well-established automotive environment. Carrying out a variety of SMART repair tasks such as striping, fitting, refurbishment, and parts fitting
Performing repairs on multiple vehicle components including respraying, buffing, alloy wheel refurbishment, touch-ups, and parts replacement
Working independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
Adhering strictly to health and safety policies and using PPE appropriately
Supporting the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop environmentRequirements:

Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Paint Sprayer, ideally within a crash repair or main dealer environment
Minimum of 2 years' relevant repair experience
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting
