I am seeking an exceptional and driven individual to drive BMS Project Sales efforts across the vibrant landscapes of The East of England for my client. The Role

As a BMS Project Sales Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in the East of England region. To seek out new opportunities to build sustainable new business across the region and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, architects, consultants, and building owners. Your charisma, technical acumen, and strategic thinking will position you as a trusted advisor, enabling you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets.

Formulate a comprehensive sales plan that outlines strategies for market penetration and growth.
Set and track ambitious sales targets and KPIs to ensure objectives are met.

Nurture and expand our existing client base while actively seeking out new prospects.

Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
Identify and approach potential clients to expand our market presence.

Leverage your BMS expertise to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Conduct detailed needs assessments and propose tailored BMS solutions that address specific client challenges.
Provide expert advice and guidance on BMS products and services to clients.

Collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects, maintaining high standards of quality.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader.

Continuously monitor industry developments and emerging technologies in BMS.
Share insights and best practices with clients and colleagues to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in BMS sales or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the East of England region.
