Small Works Manager / Junior Project Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday
DK Recruitment are working with an established construction business looking for a Small Works Manager / Junior Project Manager to join their team.
The role is primarily office based, with regular site visits across Central London, managing commercial fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating small works and refurbishment projects.
*
Overseeing project budgets, costs, variations and profitability.
*
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project programmes.
*
Carrying out site visits to monitor progress, quality and health and safety.
*
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project teams.
Requirements:
*
Experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment.
*
Previous experience managing or coordinating construction projects.
*
Good understanding of financial management, budgets and cost control.
*
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Please note: This is an office-based role with site visits across Central London. No company car, car allowance or travel expenses are provided.
