CJC Recruit are currently working with our large Mechanical/Electrcial contracting client on their search for a Small Works Manager. They are seeking an experienced Small Works Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple jobs, ensuring they run on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and organise multiple jobs simultaneously
* Organise and lead teams to carry out small works as necessary
* Maintain good working relationships with clients and staff
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
* Work to deadlines, both independently and as part of a team Required
Requirements:
* Experience as a Small Works Manager
* Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
* Strong familiarity with health and safety policies
* Valid CSCS
* Experianced within the Facilities
