Small Works Estimator – Rochester, Kent - Pre-construction team
Our client are a leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor within Kent, they are looking for a Small Works Estimator to aid them in the pre-construction phase of projects.
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
* Estimation of small works projects and facilities management PPM bids up to a value of £100k.
* Evaluate and clearly understand the details and requirements for each estimate, attend site visits where necessary and undertake comprehensive review surveys.
* Collating mechanical, electrical and plumbing services on multi-service bids.
* Compilation of a schedule of rates/bill of quantities.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
* Full UK driver’s license
* Time Served Engineer
* Ideally, come from an Estimating background within FM
