Description:

Job Title: Slinger / Signaller

We are currently seeking an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join our team on a National Grid project.

Requirements:

* Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential)

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger / Signaller qualification

* Previous experience supporting lifting operations on civil engineering or utilities projects

* Good understanding of lifting procedures, safe systems of work, and site health & safety requirements

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Duties:

* Safely sling and guide loads during lifting operations

* Communicate effectively with crane operators and the Lift Supervisor

* Ensure lifting accessories are inspected and used correctly

* Assist with the safe movement and positioning of materials around site

* Follow lifting plans, site procedures, and National Grid safety standards

* Maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel
