SUBSTATION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Overview
Active (Pathways) Solutions are seeking a skilled and reliable Slinger/Signaller to assist with an Substation project in Wrexham. You will play a key role in supporting lifting operations and ensuring site safety is maintained at all times.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Valid IPAF (MEWP) ticket
Relevant Slinger/Banksman experience
Valid CSCS / ECS / NPORS / CPCS (as applicable)
Right to work in the UK
Strong understanding of site safety and lifting operations

Demonstrate strong awareness of health & safety on site
Communicate effectively with crane operators and site teams
Work efficiently and reliably to support project timelines
Show initiative and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Additional Qualifications
Experience working on substation or utility sites
