Skilled Fitter / Installer & Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Fabricator - Stevenage £16-£18 per hour
Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a skilled fitter who will get involved with installations of structural steel components and architectural metalwork and some welding and fabrication.
Given this will be a varied role where you will be undertaking different aspects of sheet metal fabrication the client is seeking a good all rounder for this growing business based in Stevenage, Herftordshire,
The main responsibility will be installations off site but when that is not happening you will be required back in the workshop doing welding and fabrication.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience installing fabricated metalwork, proven fabrication skills coupled with MIG/MAG welding experience. The ability to read technical fabrication and installation drawings and accurately measure, mark out, assemble and fit components is also key to this position which is paying between £16 & £18 per hour depending on experience
