Skilled Production Operative - Skilled Timber Assembly Operative - Level 3 Back Shift

Location: Cambuslang
Pay: Early £14.45 per hour, rising to £15.05 after training | Back £15.97 per hour, rising to £16.63 after training
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early 06:00-14:00 | Back 14:00-22:00

Are you an experienced production operative with strong practical skills and confidence using hand and power tools? We're looking for a Skilled Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Cambuslang.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for building timber wall panels from start to finish, taking ownership of the full production process

Key responsibilities include:

Building timber frames for wall panels
Installing insulation and fireboard
Using a range of hand and power tools
Following production drawings and specifications
Maintaining high standards of quality and output
Supporting the Line Leader with performance and quality
Assisting with the training and development of colleagues
Maintaining a safe, clean and efficient working environmentWhat You'll Get

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, joinery, construction or a similar hands-on environment
Confident using hand and power tools
Strong practical and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
