Skilled Operatives
Location: Stoke-on-Trent ST1
Rate: £200 per day (Umbrella PAYE)
Start Date: 10th August 2026
Duration: Until 4th September 2026
We are currently recruiting 2 Skilled Operatives for a busy civil engineering project in Stoke-on-Trent.
Vacancies:
1 x Skilled Operative with Dumper Ticket
1 x Skilled Operative with Confined Space Certificate
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
Either:
CPCS/NPORS Dumper Ticket, or
Valid Confined Space Certificate
Previous experience on civil engineering, utilities or water infrastructure projects
Experience working around drainage, excavations and groundworks
Reliable with a strong awareness of health and safety
Available to start on 10th August
Duties:
General skilled operative duties
Assisting with drainage and civil engineering works
Supporting groundworks and utility installations
Operating a dumper (where applicable)
Working in confined spaces (where applicable)
Maintaining a safe and productive working environment
